I love the furniture I purchased, but the delivery was a nightmare starting with the fact the truck almost backed into another vehicle in the street. then when removing the old couch and chair they claimed the backs didn't come off like THEY all do. they tried to get out of door and now I have a ding scratch marks in my door. They claimed some bolts needed to come out and I got them some tools, but of course, this wasn't necessary. WD 40 would of done the trick. one of the men was totally exhausted and I was concerned about him. It may be free delivery, but they didn't know what they were doing!!! And now I have a damaged door and found the whole think very stressful!! Beware of free delivery and how they men are experienced!!!

No pressure experience with sales person Chris. Let me sit around for as long as I wanted to test it out. Took him up on that offer and watched some TV on my phone for a half-hour. Took that chair home the same day!
